This project, located at the southwest corner of Bear Valley Road and Cobalt Avenue, is being proposed on approximately 3.5 acres of an 8 acre site owned by Covington Capital. Designed and built to higher-than-typical standards for the High Desert market, the 30,000 neighborhood retail center will provide a quality shopping experience for the residents of Victorville.
