International Park :: Fort Wayne, IN
Located within the Fort Wayne Enterprise Zone, International Park is an industrial complex comprised of 138 acres, offering over 1.4 million SF of leaseable space. The former International Harvester building which closed its doors in the early1980's, became a vision for growth and redevelopment for Covington Capital. Today, about 50 businesses with over 1000 employees are located here utilizing an energetic mix of warehousing, manufacturing, and office space. Nearly 70 percent of the 1.4 million square feet is leased out to companies who make everything from auto parts to window fittings. This facility was developed in partnership with the Huntington Group.
