Consisting of a multi-parcel aggregation of over 110 acres, the Hesperia Main Street site is poised to become the epicenter of activity in the Victor Valley region. Currently in the entitlement stage, the project is situated at the southwest corner of the newly reconstructed Main Street/Interstate 15 interchange and is a short distance from thousands of newly constructed homes in Hesperia. The project, when completed, will consist of over one million square feet of high quality retail space, in a lifestyle-center environment that will be unique to the High Desert market.
